+ Develop usecase(s) storylines and high-level reference architecture(s) specific to industry use-cases and generic patterns aligned to specific industries
+ Execute consulting engagement for Advisory services on Data Ecosystem Modernization using industry focussed assessments, assets, and methodologies
+ Develop thought leadership content, assets, patterns, methods, architecture & PoV's for data management solutions using Cloud Native technologies for various industries & use-cases
+ Take a leadership role on projects demonstrating experience handling projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes running multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction
+ Continually learn and grow professionally
+ Mentor other consultants to share your knowledge and experience

Required Technical and Professional Experience:
+ Total of around 10+ years of experience of delivering Data & 5+ years of delivering AI Solutions/Applications for clients in above listed industry segments
+ Total of 2+ years of experience with Generative AI usecases and technologies
+ This position has higher focus on Microsoft Azure Data & AI solutions. Atleast 5+ years of exp with Microsoft Data & AI solutions
+ Deep functional & process knowledge within atleast 4 of the following functional domains within atleast 2 of the above listed industry segments:
+ Broad level knowledge in the following Data Management areas is desirable
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
+ Self-starter who can think outside of the box, and come up with a solution to resolve and mitigate complex problems
+ Experience in developing maturity models, TCO & ROI models, AS-IS : TO-BE blueprints, technology analysis, Roadmap design, Implementation plan in context of specific industry/functional segment
+ Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences and strong presentation skills
+ Ability to lead and motivate technical communities
+ Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change
+ Ability to quickly grasp customers' business challenges and drive positive change
