Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple hospital and doctor brands under the WhiteCoats ecosystem.
- Manage SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) to ensure high-ranking visibility across specialties, cities, and services.
- Plan and optimize SEM / Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns for patient acquisition and engagement, tracking conversions and ROI.
- Oversee website performance — content, SEO health, UX, analytics, and updates in coordination with the Website & Content teams.

- Stay updated with healthcare marketing trends, ABDM and DPDP guidelines, and ensure compliance in all patient-facing digital communication.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing for healthcare, hospitals, or clinics .
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and analytics .
- Strong understanding of healthcare audience behavior and local digital growth models .
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console , and keyword tools.
- Exposure to website CMS (WordPress preferred) and landing page optimisation.
- Good understanding of data privacy and healthcare marketing compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Google Ads / SEO / Analytics .
