Job Description
About Us
We're building an AI-powered platform that simplifies how people and businesses handle government documentation, visa processes.
Our goal? To make complex government tasks — from e-stamps to startup licenses — as easy as ordering a pizza online.
We're not just another SaaS company. We're a storytelling-driven movement that helps citizens, students, and entrepreneurs take control of their journeys — by educating them through content that informs, inspires, and empowers.
If you understand people's fears, confusion, and frustrations about paperwork — and can turn them into stories that make people click, laugh, and trust — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
You'll lead how our brand communicates — creating content that builds trust, credibility, and curiosity.
Your core responsibilities:
- Craft daily-life relatable video content around government documentation, visa processes, and business setup journeys.
- Write Video educational explainers (e.g., "How to register a company in India in 3 steps" or "What no one tells you about e-stamps").
- Create review-style & comparative content (e.g., "Which visa consultant is worth it?" "Private vs Govt services — who's faster?").
- Script LinkedIn carousels, Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and micro blogs — content that simplifies and humanizes our brand.
- Research user psychology and pain points — and turn them into emotional hooks & content ideas.
- Develop content funnels that guide users from curiosity → clarity → conversion.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and product teams to bring content stories alive.
- Track data and double down on formats that drive trust, engagement, and leads.
What We're Looking For
You're not just a marketer — you're a teacher, storyteller, and psychologist rolled into one.
Must-haves:
- Experience in Video content marketing, Viral Reels, storytelling, or growth roles (startup or creator-led brand preferred).
- Proven ability to explain complex topics in simple, engaging, visual formats.
- Deep understanding of attention psychology — how to hook, hold, and convert.
- Excellent command over English writing & content structure.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and blogs as storytelling channels.
- Analytical mindset — knows how to read data and optimize based on it.
Bonus if you:
- Have worked in or around fintech, govtech, visa, or B2B service startups.
- Been social media Influencer or known them
- Can craft storytelling content similar to Jasmin Alic (emotional storytelling) or Nikhil Kamath (carousel storytelling).
- Know how to use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to amplify productivity.
We'll Love You If You
- Can turn a "boring government process" into a viral LinkedIn carousel.
- Think of stories before campaigns — and people before algorithms.
- Believe in education-first marketing — not just clickbait.
- Know how to blend logic + emotion + visuals to make people act.
- Dream of building a brand that becomes the "India Simplified" of govtech.
Tools You'll Use
- Notion / ClickUp (planning & scripting)
- Canva / Figma (visual storytelling)
- ChatGPT / Jasper / (for ideation & writing support)
- Google Sheets / Analytics (tracking performance)
- Social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
Perks
- Work directly with the founder — you'll shape the brand voice from day one.
- Freedom to experiment, create, and break the norm.
- Build your personal brand while building ours.
- Flexible working model (remote/hybrid).
- Be part of a team building India's most human-centered govtech platform.
How to Apply
Send us:
- Your top 3 content samples (Reels, carousels, blogs, or newsletters).
- 1 short answer: "If you had to make a viral post about Driving License renewal — what would your hook be?"
- Any side project or page you've grown.
We're not hiring a content manager.
We're hiring a mind that knows how to turn ordinary government services into extraordinary human stories.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
Benefits:
- Commuter assistance
- Flexible schedule
Application Question(s):
- What type of content usually makes you stop scrolling — and why do you think it works?
- How would you build trust with an audience that's skeptical about government services or online documentation platforms?
- If you had to simplify a "boring government process" (like PAN correction or e-stamp purchase), what's your first step — story, script, or visuals? Why?
- Explain a moment when you turned a complex or "dry" topic into engaging content. What was the outcome?
- How do you identify what emotion to trigger (fear, curiosity, trust, pride, etc.) for a piece of content?
Work Location: In person
