Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Ownership: Drive sales revenue for the India business by managing client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.

In this role, you can test real robots in physical environments, test virtual robots in simulated environments, automate API tests, and automate systems-level testing. The ideal candidate is hands-on and eager to work with cutting-edge robotics technology.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution:

• Review and analyze system specifications to define test cases.
• Create and maintain test plans.
• Execute test plans in both simulated environments and on actual hardware.
• Track defects, generate bug reports, and compile test reports.

Process & Collaboration:

• Participate in implementing and improving QA processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Automation & Tools:

• Implement test automation for robotics systems.
• Develop and maintain automated software tests for APIs and other system components.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software Quality Assurance as an individual contributor.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience creating, maintaining, and executing manual and automated test cases.
• Hands-on experience testing software that interacts with hardware, especially robotics.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks in Python/C++ (e.g., Pytest).
• Expertise in Linux ecosystems.
• Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, regression, BDD/TDD).
• Working knowledge of Agile principles (e.g., SCRUM).
• Experience with HTTP API testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HWIL, simulations, and ROS.
• Basic understanding of embedded systems and electronics.
• Experience with robotics or hardware product QA.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Pytest, Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
• ISTQB certification.
• Japanese language proficiency.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).

About the Role:

Involved in every phase of SDLC, Senior SETs at Freshworks, are in complete ownership of the testing component of the organization’s cutting-edge projects. Interfacing very closely with developers, they provide expertise in the planning, constructing, execution, and successful deployment of programs and products. In the landscape of challenging and competitive product markets that demand high reliability, a SET is responsible for developing and integrating test algorithms, test cases, and automation scripts and uncovering potential bugs, before anyone else can. Requirements:

- 4-7 yrs of experience in automation and functional testing

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

· Perform comprehensive quality checks on medical writing deliverables (manuscripts, abstracts, HCP materials, regulatory documents, publication content).

· Review creative assets (emails, videos, images, HTML banners, and digital content) to ensure medical content is accurately and consistently represented.

· Ensure compliance with client-specific style guides, medical writing standards, and regulatory requirements (ICH, GPP, FDA/EMA).

· Check for accuracy in medical terminology, grammar, spelling, referencing, and data consistency across both written and visual deliverables.

· Verify alignment of content between text and creative assets (copy, callouts, disclaimers, references).

· Identify discrepancies, raise queries, follow up on corrections, and ensure updates are implemented.

· Maintain version control and audit trails for all reviewed documents and creative assets.

· Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly quality reports using manual tracking, QMS, and project overview tools.

· 3–5 years’ experience in Medical Writing Quality Control/Review, with additional exposure to creative/digital assets QC.

· Bachelor’s degree is a must.

· Strong background in reviewing medical content and ensuring its correct integration into creative outputs.

· Experience with proofreading, copy editing, and QC for both text-based and creative materials.

· Familiarity with referencing tools (e.g., EndNote, Mendeley)

Experienced in project management tool (Jira/ Hive /Adobe Workfront)

· Good understanding of creative asset formats (email templates, videos, static images, HTML banners).

· Proficiency in basic QC of creative assets—checking layout, alignment, copy placement, and regulatory footnotes.

· Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
