This hybrid role allows for a blend of in-office and remote work, based out of our Indore, Madhya Pradesh location. The Senior Financial Controller will be responsible for managing all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cash flow management, and internal controls. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is essential. This role requires exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external auditors. You will be instrumental in guiding financial decision-making and ensuring the fiscal health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including AR, AP, GL, payroll, and cost accounting.
