Roles and Responsibilities
1.Center Management and team management
2. Stake holder management
3. Ensuring timely mobilization for batch launch
4. Ensuring day to day smooth center operation
5. Data management
6. Reporting of daily activities to all stakeholders
7. Ensuring mobilization , training and placement in the center
8.Monitoring and evaluation of team performance
RequirementsQualification
1.Minimum Graduate in any stream
2. Minimum 2-3 years of center coordination/Operation in skill development domain
3. Good communication skills ( English,Hindi, Odia)
