**About the Role**
As a **Management Trainee - Data Analysis** , you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable business insights. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience across the data lifecycle-from collection and analysis to visualization and reporting-while helping drive decision-making and operational excellence.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, support business intelligence initiatives, and contribute to process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in data analytics, MIS reporting, and business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Data Analysis**
+ Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights for process optimization and business improvement
+ Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and present findings clearly and effectively
**2. MIS Development**
+ Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and business metrics
+ Ensure data accuracy and completeness through regular validation and updates
**3. Data Visualization**
+ Create clear and engaging visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
+ Present complex data in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders and leadership
**4. Data Hosting and Management**
+ Manage data repositories and databases, ensuring security, integrity, and accessibility for authorized users
+ Implement data governance protocols and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy standards
**5. Collaboration and Communication**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and reporting needs
+ Translate analytical findings into business insights for non-technical stakeholders
**6. Process Improvement**
+ Identify and implement improvements in data collection, processing, and reporting workflows
+ Develop tools or methods to enhance data efficiency and accuracy
**Qualifications**
+ Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or Engineering)
+ Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and MIS development-preferably in operations or business support functions
+ Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Data Studio), Excel, and dashboards
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
+ Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance standards
+ Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools (preferred)
+ Experience in database management and data warehousing (preferred)
