To lead Haris & Co’s web development division, managing a team of frontend/backend developers, delivering pixel-perfect, high-performance websites and web apps, collaborating closely with design, performance, and brand teams — and owning client delivery end-to-end.
- Take ownership of end-to-end website and web app projects — from kickoff to deployment.
- Translate briefs, UI/UX designs, and business goals into robust web solutions.
- Ensure timely, bug-free delivery and deployment.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 web developers (frontend, backend, full-stack).
- Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and foster a strong tech culture.
