Our client, a trendy fashion brand, is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow their online community. This role is essential for enhancing brand presence, engaging with followers, and driving traffic and sales through compelling social media strategies. You will be responsible for content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis across all major social platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, visually appealing content (text, images, videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including monitoring channels, responding to comments and messages promptly, and fostering community engagement.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) using analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media communications.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gauge brand sentiment and identify opportunities or potential crises.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related digital marketing role.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., native platform insights, third-party tools).
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms and campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and tone.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
