Role summary
Own end-to-end digital demand generation and website growth for our enterprise B2B SaaS product. Plan and run campaigns, optimise the site, and turn traffic into qualified demos and pipeline—working closely with Sales and Product Marketing. Primary markets: Australia, USA, UK, and Europe .
Quarterly outcomes (examples)
- Qualified demo requests from digital channels
- MQLs from content/collateral and campaigns
- Organic traffic growth and improved conversion rates
- Customer reviews (e.g., G2) via compliant, non-gated motions
What you’ll do
- Run campaigns: Search, LinkedIn, retargeting and partner/marketplace programmes
- Website & CRO: Own UX/speed/IA; A/B test pages, forms and offers
- SEO: Keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, internal linking; technical audits
- Reviews & marketplaces: Operate compliant review motions; optimise profiles and referral flows
- Analytics & ops: GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, pixels/UTMs, consent and conversion tracking; weekly dashboards
- Prospect lists: Build targeted lists for campaigns and SDR follow-up
- ABM & Sales alignment: Target-account lists, intent signals, SLAs and win–loss insights
- Budget & vendors: Manage budgets, CAC/CPL targets and agency/freelancer output
- Experiments & AI: Maintain a test backlog; use AI for copy, audiences and insights within brand/compliance
- Webinars: Plan and run webinars to generate pipeline
Tools you’ll use
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio, Ahrefs/Semrush, Hotjar/VWO/Optimizely, Pipedrive, ZoomInfo (or similar).
What we’re looking for
- 4–7 years in B2B SaaS digital growth/demand gen (enterprise motion a plus)
- Proven impact on demo/lead targets and funnel conversion
- Hands-on with SEO, paid media, CRO and analytics; strong copy + numbers mindset
- Excellent collaboration with Sales/SDR teams; clear written English (UK style)
Nice to have
- G2/marketplace ops, webinars/virtual events, basic HTML/CSS, SQL/BI familiarity
