Key Responsibilities:

*Optimize on-page elements including meta tags headers URLs image alt tags and internal linking.
*Perform technical SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements to site structure, crawlability, indexation, page speed, mobile usability, and more.
*Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools.
*Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into blog posts, landing pages, and service pages.
*Develop and manage link-building strategies, including guest posting, outreach, and digital PR efforts.
*Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
*Prepare SEO reports with clear insights and communicate them effectively to internal teams or clients.
*Work with developers to implement technical recommendations such as schema markup, canonical tags, and redirects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*3 plus years of hands-on experience in SEO preferably in a B2B or IT services environment.
*Strong understanding of on-page off-page and technical SEO.
*Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
*Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to explain SEO concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
*Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
*Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
*Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics or experience working with developers.
