**Responsibility Statements**
+ Reviews current processes and identifies trends.
+ Reviews work produced for errors.
+ Evaluates for performance standards (SLAs) required under contract.
+ Compares various sampling techniques and identifies correct samples for auditing.
+ Evaluates workflow tools to run reports.
+ Coaches Level 1 auditors on sampling techniques and business process knowledge.
+ Reconciles transaction processing for data accuracy.
+ Interacts with external auditors to include (SOC 1) Service and Organizational Control Report.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Complies with all policies and standards.
