- Solar Equipment Sourcing :

- Service Provider Identification and Management :
- Identify and manage service providers specialized in solar plant O&M, including the appointment of vendors for tasks such as regular cleaning, inspection, repair, overhauling and technical support for both PV and CSP plants
- Managing PR-PO Processes and approvals:
- Oversee the PR to PO process, including eNFA approvals, ensure strict adherence to the organisational P2P policy and maintain optimal TAT for PR-PO transactions
- Vendor Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring reliable procurement channels and consistent quality
- Cost Optimization & securing favourable terms:
- Develop cost-effective procurement strategies, conducting internal costing assessment, negotiating competitive prices, exploring alternate suppliers, and ensuring optimal terms and conditions in favour of the company
- Collaboration and Communication :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, effectively communicating with Asset Management and site teams to align procurement strategies with project objectives

Role Summary
The Plant Supply Chain Manager role is critical for managing end-to-end supply chain functions for the factory. This role includes,
- Production planning and control (PPC) including production scheduling
- Plant sourcing, includes raw material planning, as well as indirect sourcing at the plant
- Plant stores (RM and FG warehousing), logistics, and scrap management.
- Plant Supply Chain data, MIS and projects management.
A Plant Supply Chain Manager oversees planning, procurement, production scheduling, inventory, and logistics to ensure efficient, cost-effective manufacturing operations.
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Production Planning & Scheduling
• Align material availability with the production plan to ensure zero downtime.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and central planning teams for demand forecasting and capacity planning.

2. Procurement & Supplier Coordination
