**Objectives of this Role**:
- Understand customer psychology and document both successful and unsuccessful sales strategies.
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Improve organisational efficiency through detailed observations and insights.
- Identify opportunities to meet customer requirements and contribute to company growth.
- Resolve complaints, provide timely solutions, and follow up with customers for feedback.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Memorise scripts and adapt them to client-specific situations during calls.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients while establishing rapport with potential clients.
- Document and prepare detailed reports of conversations and feedback.
- Share observations and analysis with the team lead for process improvement.
- Follow organisational guidelines and telecalling methodologies.
- Generate leads and close sales through effective cold calling techniques.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, and Hindi.
- Previous experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role.
- Proficiency in data entry to complement telecalling work.
- Effective negotiation skills for closing sales.
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:
- Research skills for reaching out to potential clients and exploring new leads.
- Proven track record in telecalling and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to adapt communication styles based on customer behavior and cues.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is a significant advantage.
