About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Travel Product Development
Create and update travel packages for destinations across India and select international markets.

2. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Research market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Suggest new destinations and travel themes (honeymoon, adventure, group, family, etc.).
Ensure Glacial’s products remain competitive and in-demand.
3. Pricing & Costing
Prepare cost sheets (hotels + transport + inclusions).
Decide final selling prices and maintain healthy margins.
Collaborate with management to launch seasonal offers and discounts.
4. Coordination & Vendor Management
Coordinate with hotel and transport departments for best rates and service quality.
Maintain vendor relationships and updated contracts.
Keep all package details accurate in the company portal and CRM.
5. Sales & Marketing Support
Support the sales team with detailed package information, visuals, and pricing.
Work with the marketing team to launch promotions and offers.
Ensure website and social media reflect updated travel products.
6. Product Analysis & Improvement
Track destination performance and identify areas for improvement.
Gather customer feedback to enhance travel experiences.
Continuously refine existing packages for better value and presentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any stream (Tourism, Marketing, or Business preferred)
2–5 years of experience in Product Development, Travel Operations, or Sales (Travel Industry)
Strong understanding of Indian destinations and travel trends
Excellent negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and travel portals
Creative mindset with attention to detail
