Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a biomedical equipment company in a service coordination role.
Job Timings :- 9 am to 5:30 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the field service engineers' team efficiently
- Monitor and ensure timely execution of AMC/CAMC (Annual / Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts)
- Follow up with customers for service renewals, pending payments, and feedback
- Handle installation scheduling and ensure proper documentation
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain service records and generate regular performance reports
- Support service team operations to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of biomedical equipment servicing processes is a must
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach
