The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information with utmost care. You will serve as a key liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, conducting research, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate possesses strong computer proficiency, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with virtual meeting platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executives are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
