Qualification Criteria
What you need to have:
- Total Experience of 15- 18 years with min of 12+ years of experience in Information Systems Management, or a related discipline with a focus on domain i.e. Investment Banking/Asset Management (Middle Office/Back office).
 - Familiarity with designing data models and defining data architecture schema for Investment Banking or Asset Management purposes.
 - Proficiency in data processing and working with data warehouse/big data environments relevant to Investment Banking or Asset Management.

- Preforms data analytics including in-depth financial analysis, key risk drivers and sensitivity analysis, and determination of implications for capital, balance sheet composition, and liquidity profile
- Performs day-to-day activities of the assessment of relevant data quality processes and ensure appropriate existence and effectiveness of data controls
- Assists in remediating outstanding Regulatory, Risk Management, and Audit data issues
- Participates in the identification of areas for data improvement across the process and maintain continuous improvement mind-set
- Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- 5-8 years relevant experience, including, but not limited to data governance
- Foundational knowledge of banking products / systems
- Foundational knowledge of the different systems, theories and practices relevant to a function as well as practical experience of multiple business cycles.
- Knowledge of data analysis, data profiling, application of data controls and implementation of data quality rules
- Proficiency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of technologies supporting data analysis including Tableau and Knime a plus
- Excellent communication skills required in order to influence a wide range of audiences.
- Able to navigate through a large organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points and create repeatable processes to build consistency in presenting information.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and an ability to identify conflicts, discrepancies and other issues and bring together the right team to solution them.
- Strategic mindset, ability to plan ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic and work well as part of a team.
**Education:**
- At a minimum, a Bachelor's degree from a recognized higher education institution
- Prefer at least a Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field

Position Overview
Provides administrative support to HR Team. HR Operations responsibilities include managing employee life-cycle processes as well as assisting general administrative duties.  - Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills
 - Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
 - Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
 - MS Office & Excel Skills
 - SAP ECC/other ERPs working knowledge will be a plus
 
 
Role Responsibilities –
- Provide initial support for requests and inquiries submitted to the HR organization, including employment verifications, onboarding, time and leave, policies and procedures, and other simple and complex requests that may require research and follow-up for resolution
 - Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
 - Provides transactional and administrative support for HR processes such as Leaves of Absence Administration, Employee life cycle data administration, Administer Separation, Administer Comp & Benefits Changes.
 - Providing support for HR Business partners and Business Leaders including but not limited to the Reporting, Data correction and updates in SAP SF
 - Managing Data Quality - Ensure that data is up to date, drive the processes, and ensure audit reports are clean & accurate in the HCM system
 - Administers new hires, changes, and separations in the organization
 - Supports the setup and administration of employee records, data warehousing, and employee file management with a high level of accuracy and discretion
