They will combine deep technical expertise, team leadership, and domain understanding of self-storage operations to ensure every migration is accurate, reliable, and customer-friendly. This role is both strategic (defining onboarding as a core platform capability) and operational (ensuring execution at scale across hundreds of properties). Key Responsibilities Data Onboarding Leadership ● Own the data migration pipeline from PMS → Hummingbird (extract, transform, validate, load). ● Define and enforce data quality, validation, and reconciliation standards (balances, leases, gate codes, autopay). ● Partner with Customer-facing onboarding teams, Product, Engineering and Sales teams to design repeatable onboarding playbooks for PMS migrations. ● Ensure migrations minimize operator disruption and preserve business continuity.
