Required Technical and Professional Experience
+ 7 + years of experience in database administration with strong hands-on expertise in both Oracle (12c/19c/21c) and SQL Server (2016/2019/2022).

As Senior Database Administrator, You Will
Design, implement, and maintain database structures and schemas for MSSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient stored procedures code.
Design and implementation of low-latency and high-availability stored procedures, functions, triggers & jobs.
Monitor and optimize database performance, including query tuning and index optimization.
Ensure database security by implementing user roles, permissions, and auditing practices.
Perform regular database backups, restores, and disaster recovery planning.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries and support application performance.
Provide database support for production and development environments, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Assist in data modeling, data migration, and integration tasks.
Maintain documentation related to database architecture, processes, and procedures.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in database management.
Report generation is required.
As Senior Database Administrator, You Need:
A graduate with a minimum of 6 years experience as a DBA.
Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.
Knowledge in developing dynamic-looking graphs/reports.
Knowledge of database backup and recovery techniques and policies.
Experience with database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
Familiarity with cloud database services (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database) is a plus.
Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for database management tasks.
Effective communication, technical understanding, and teamwork skills.
