Responsibilities of the role

+ At least 3 years of experience in Data Engineering
+ Hands-on experience in building data models, data pipelines, data ingestion, harmonization along with data governance.
+ Hands-on experience in scripting language like Python, R or Scala
+ Backend Development expertise on SQL Database, SQL Data Warehouse or any data warehousing solutions in cloud
+ Hands-on experience of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau

**Brief Job Overview**
The Data Engineer position is a hands-on non-supervisory role within the Data Strategy & Analytics team. The position is an individual contributor role that will serve a critical function by designing, building, and executing efficient and governed data pipelines. This role is integral to transitioning our development of data assets into production environments. We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer for the development and implementation of our data strategy. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of technical expertise and data-driven problem-solving skills. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building, and optimizing our data pipelines and platforms in a SAFE Agile product team.
