**Required Technical and Professional Expertise:**
+ Minimum 10+ years of experience.
+ Experience in NetIQ, Novell eDirectory, Apache Directory Studio, LDAP, Active Directory, and Office 365 services.
+ Proven experience managing Identity and Access Management processes, including account provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control.
+ In-depth understanding of directory services, authentication protocols, and IAM best practices.
+ Experience with incident response and troubleshooting within IAM systems.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Azure Active Directory is a plus.
+ Relevant certifications in IAM or directory services (e.g., NetIQ Certified, Microsoft Certified in Active Directory) are a plus.
+ Experience working in IDM.
