Market & Regulatory Intelligence

Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required;
a post-graduate degree is highly preferred. - A minimum of 20 years of proven experience in business development and real estate project management, with a significant portion spent within a reputable real estate development firm.
- A demonstrable track record in successfully closing large-scale land transactions, JVs, and JDAs.
