• DevOps Lead with an extensive experience in COPADO
• Should have experience in creating deployment strategy for enterprise level customer
• Should take complete ownership of deployment on different environments
• Should have experience in creating cut-over plan and roll-back and branching strategies
• Steer an engagement away from the pitfalls by asks which project requirements could lead to project issues and advising clients appropriately
• Leverage your extensive experience in COPADO to drive successful deployment
• Ensure functionality is delivered per the SOW, identifying deviations and communicating to project leadership
• Follow all project standard operating procedures (SOP) related to DevOps
Basic Qualifications:
• 8+ years of industry experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in DevOps
• 4+ years with COPADO
• 3+ years of experience as DevOps Lead
• Experience working in large engagements with sharp timelines.
• COPADO Certified
• Ability to guide software developers (code deployment)
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
Preferred Qualifications:
• Primary Skills
o Can configure Copado for an enterprise client salesforce system.
o Expert in pipeline configuration on the Salesforce environments and setting up GitHub for version control.
o Proficient in SFDX commands and deployment through SFDX.
o Familiar with continuous configuration management using Adaptive Shield or Appomni.
o Able to orchestrate branching and release strategies for Salesforce deployments.
o Good knowledge of setting up SonarQube on Copado for code quality checks.
• Secondary Skills
o Familiar with JIRA for Agile/PI planning.
o Familiar with integrating Copado with Opsera for analytics and log management.
o Salesforce customization is an add on (optional).
• Flexible with working hours and give half day coverage to US based customer in (PST/EST.CST time zone)"

Preferred Qualifications
AWS and/or Azure certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional,
DevOps Engineer, Any Azure certification good to have) (Must have).
Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS, AKS) (Must have).
GitHub and SonarQube integration experience is required.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Datadog,
Prometheus).
Prior experience in a multi-cloud or hybrid environment (Must have).
