Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, automation, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in digital strategy, business intelligence, automation, and artificial intelligence methodologies.
- Relevant experience in Consumer, Financial, Social Media, Tech, or FinTech sectors.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of data-related emerging trends and issues, including financial regulation.
Preferred Qualifications
Solution Delivery
Experience with implementing according to solution delivery frameworks such as Agile, Sig Sigma, Waterfall, etc.
Able to contextualize analysis in Confluence, JIRA, MS applications etc
Business Intelligence
Working knowledge of analytics applications (i.e Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
- Working knowledge of workflow applications (e.g. MS Power Platform, Appian, unqork, ServiceNow)
Working knowledge of database tools (e.g. Mongo DB, Snowflake, Elastic, MS SQL)
Artificial Intelligence
Working knowledge of artificial intelligence programming languages (e.g. Python, R)

Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager to lead product development for our Token Services platform in India. This role will be pivotal in driving the delivery of localized token capabilities that meet RBI regulatory requirements, while enabling secure and scalable payment experiences across our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end development of token capabilities tailored to India’s regulatory landscape
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and features for scrum teams, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with compliance mandates
- Agile Execution
- Serve as the product owner for one or more scrum teams, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of token services
- Regulatory Compliance
- Interface with internal risk, legal, and compliance teams to interpret and implement RBI directives
- Ensure all token services deployed in India meet PCI DSS , and RBI circular requirements
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with global product leads, platform architects, and India-based operations teams to align on roadmap, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Represent Token Services in cross-functional forums and regulatory reviews.
- Innovation & Strategy
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for India token services,
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product development, preferably in payments, fintech, or regulated financial services.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience writing user stories and managing scrum teams.
- Familiarity with RBI regulations, data localization frameworks, and tokenization technologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
