Role Overview


We’re hiring a Digital Strategy Lead to own cross‑channel strategy (SEO, PPC, Web) for e‑commerce clients, lead client conversations end‑to‑end, and set direction for our specialist teams. You’ll translate business goals into clear strategies and defend them with data; orchestrate delivery with the Delivery Manager; and ensure our work lands on time, to spec, and with measurable impact. This role suits an entrepreneurial self‑starter with faultless English communication, who can think strategically and operate hands‑on in a fast‑paced startup environment.


What You’ll DoStrategy & Direction
  • Own the integrated growth strategy across SEO, PPC and Web for a portfolio of e‑commerce clients.
  • Turn commercial goals into channel roadmaps, quarterly OKRs and test‑and‑learn plans.
  • Define information architecture, CRO hypotheses, landing page briefs and content frameworks.
  • Establish measurement plans, attribution approach and incrementality testing where applicable.


Client Leadership
  • Lead discovery, strategy presentations, QBRs and weekly/bi‑weekly work‑in‑progress calls.
  • Present and defend recommendations with clear narratives and evidence; manage objections.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders; surface opportunities and risks early.


Planning, Delivery & Governance
  • Convert strategies into clear scopes, milestones and briefs; ensure Delivery Manager has what they need to plan sprints and resourcing.
  • Set quality bars and acceptance criteria for deliverables (SEO audits, ad builds, landing pages, dev tickets, dashboards).
  • Maintain a risk log; proactively unblock delivery and escalate where needed.


Team Leadership (Matrix)
  • Provide day‑to‑day strategic guidance to SEO, PPC and Web specialists; review and sign off key outputs.
  • Coach teams on decision‑making, prioritisation and data storytelling; contribute to playbooks and templates.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, speed and high craftsmanship.


Performance, Analytics & Insight
  • Own KPI frameworks (revenue/ROAS, CPA, MER, CVR, AOV, LTV, organic sessions/visibility, tech health).
  • Direct analytics setup (GA4, GTM), product feed hygiene, conversion tracking and event taxonomy.
  • Build concise, insight‑led reporting; translate data into decisions and next actions.


Growth & Commercials
  • Identify expansion opportunities (new channels, CRO, feed optimisation, internationalisation).
  • Support proposals, pitches and forecasting for new business and upsell.


What You’ll BringMust‑Have Experience
  • 7+ years in digital performance roles spanning SEO, PPC and Web/CRO , with at least 3 years in a client‑facing strategy lead/lead consultant capacity for e‑commerce brands.
  • Proven ownership of multi‑channel roadmaps delivering measurable revenue growth.
  • Hands‑on credibility: comfortable reviewing SEO technical audits, building/QAing paid campaigns, and shaping web backlogs with developers.


Technical Fluency

Job Summary:

As a Social Media & Creative Marketing Executive at anantam, you will shape the brand's

digital voice and visual identity across platforms. The role involves content creation,

campaign execution, website management, and brand storytelling rooted in Indian fashion

and heritage. You will play a key role in building customer engagement and brand recall

through aesthetic, thoughtful, and on-trend digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

● Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn

● Curate content calendars, captions, and hashtags aligned with brand tone

● Plan and execute campaigns around store events, designer showcases, and new collections

Content Creation & Coordination:

● Work closely with designers, and stylists to create engaging visual content

● Shoot and edit photos and videos, including reels and behind-the-scenes content

● Ensure visual consistency across platforms that reflect Anantam's brand ethos

Website & E-commerce Support:

● Coordinate uploads of banners, product descriptions, and homepage content

● Align website content with ongoing digital campaigns and promotions

Influencer & Collaboration Outreach:

● Identify and collaborate with relevant fashion and lifestyle influencers

● Plan and manage barter/paid partnerships in sync with brand positioning

Analytics & Reporting:

● Track performance of posts and campaigns

● Share monthly insights and growth metrics with management

Skills & Qualities Required:

● Strong understanding of luxury and ethnic fashion aesthetics

● Excellent written and visual communication skills

● Must be good in photography and video production, including reels and editing

● Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic editing software (e.g., InShot,

Lightroom, Premiere Pro)

● A sharp sense of design, layout, and digital storytelling

● Highly organized, self-motivated, and trend-aware
