Role Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position focused on driving lead generation and enhancing our digital presence across multiple channels.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote ZoomMantra’s services and solutions
  • Generating leads through platforms such as Meta, Google, email marketing, WhatsApp, SEO, and other digital channels
  • Managing and growing social media presence across various platforms
  • Analyzing web traffic, campaign effectiveness, and other digital performance metrics
  • Collaborating closely with content creators and production teams to ensure cohesive marketing messaging
  • Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Managing budgets for digital campaigns and ensuring optimal ROI
  • Creating reports and insights to guide marketing decisions and strategy improvements
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
  • Solid understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and general marketing principles
  • Experience working with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote work efficiently
  • Prior experience in the creative content production or media industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Role Overview

We’re hiring a sharp, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid growth, manage creative operations, and track performance across the full lead funnel — from ad click to conversion. You’ll play a key role in driving ROI and scaling our learner base globally.

Key Responsibilities


  • Run and optimize high-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns: targeting, budgeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Own the full lead funnel — track user flow from click to trial to paid conversion, and drive improvements at each step.
  • Build and maintain weekly performance reports and dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Manage creative operations — work with designers and content teams to ensure delivery of timely, high-quality creatives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, CPL, and conversion efficiency.
  • Support SEO efforts with the content and tech teams to improve organic visibility and inbound discovery.
  • Continuously test and iterate on creatives, landing pages, formats, and messaging to maximize performance.

What We’re Looking For


  • 3–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong command over Facebook Ads and performance data.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, funnel tracking, and analysis.
  • Experience managing creative workflows and aligning assets with campaign needs.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager
  • Data-first mindset and comfort with funnel metrics like CTR, CPL, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work across teams to hit targets.
