Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality banners, creatives, and visual assets for paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and edit short-form video content and reels for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Develop thumbnails, intros/outros, and visual elements for YouTube videos
Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and deliver creatives within tight deadlines
Optimize creatives based on ad performance and campaign objectives
Source stock images, music, and video as needed
Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media content formats, and platform specifications
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on urgency
**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Experience with Canva, Figma or similar design tools is a plus
Solid understanding of aspect ratios and formatting for different ad platforms (Stories, Feeds, Reels, etc.)
Basic animation and motion graphics knowledge is a strong advantage
Strong portfolio showcasing both static and video design work
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of social media and performance marketing trends is a bonus
Nice to Have:
Experience in designing for EdTech or service-based industries
