Media: Associate Director / Director


As the Associate Director / Director of Media, you will be a key member of the Media Planning & Buying team in the region. Your primary responsibility is to provide expert guidance and subject matter expertise to the team. You will ensure a sound media strategy, optimal budget utilization based on campaign objectives and available inventory, and drive ongoing cross-channel optimizations. Additionally, you will play an integral role in the new business team, leading pitch presentations. Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in specific areas of media strategy and planning, leading related initiatives and integrating them throughout the agency.

Own the development of quality standards for planning deliverables, such as media recommendation templates and post-campaign analyses.

Collaborate with other team leads, particularly Analytics and Strategy, to develop best practices.

Lead 1-2 non-client specific projects per quarter to enhance capabilities, improve work quality, or increase efficiency/optimization.

Manage the team member responsible for the quality of media planning milestone meetings, strategic presentations, tactical presentations, and post-campaign analyses.
