This role will drive digital transformation, integrate omnichannel marketing strategies, and accelerate business growth through consumer and HCP engagement. You will oversee all digital marketing, Social media, content analytics, and initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and measurable ROI.


    • Education : Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or similar and Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
    • Work Experience : Minimum 15-17 years continuous experience in digital & ecommerce and marketing strategy role.
    • Preferably coming in from the Pharma or FMCG industry and understands our consumer or the derma-cosmetic space well
    • Strategic vision with hands-on digital marketing expertise
    • Leadership and stakeholder influence across business units
    • Innovation mindset with focus on measurable impact
    • Excellent understanding of consumer psychology and HCP behavior
    • Comfortable operating in regulated environments
