- Perform routine checks on vehicles (oil, fuel, water, brakes, tires, etc.).

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in delivery driving or transportation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of drivers.
- Thorough understanding of local traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices in delivery operations.
- Experience with route planning and optimization software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using GPS systems and fleet management tools.
- A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required depending on the fleet.
