• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Operate field equipment such as agitators, compressors, continuous process units (e.g., reactors, heat exchangers), filters, and DCS systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any anomalies or concerns to supervisors.

• Report Unsafe Acts/Conditions and Near Misses; comply with all EHS standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in Field Operations or related field (chemical industry preferred).
• Diploma holder in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in chemical process plant field operations (preferably Fertilizer / Sulphuric Acid / Phosphoric Acid / Ammonia / Utilities).
• Strong understanding of DCS operation, plant operations, field instrumentation & control systems.
