Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in retail management and operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit retail operations and driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs, P&L management, and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop remote teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote work environment.
  • Experience with e-commerce operations and omnichannel strategies is a strong asset.
