- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in e-commerce, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in an e-commerce environment.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Affiliate).
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong understanding of CRO principles and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is essential.
- Knowledge of international e-commerce expansion is a plus.
