- E-commerce Fulfillment & Dispatch Management: Oversee order processing, packing, and
timely dispatch across Amazon, Flipkart, website, and other marketplaces. Coordinate with
warehouses/3PLs for pick, pack, and shipment activities.
- Catalogue Management: Handle product listing creation, updates, and optimization (titles,
descriptions, images, keywords, pricing). Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (India &
UK), Flipkart, eBay, Shopify, etc. Regularly audit live listings to fix errors, mismatches, and
suppressions.
- Warehouse & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and
ensure proper inventory control using Unicommerce (OMS & WMS). Create and manage FBA
consignment shipments for India & UK marketplaces.
- Logistics & Distribution Coordination: Work with courier partners to optimize shipping
performance and minimize delivery delays. Coordinate with warehouses/3PLs for pick, pack, and
shipment activities.
- Returns & Reverse Logistics Handling: Track and process product returns efficiently to minimize
operational losses.
- Compliance & Account Health: Monitor account health (India & UK) parameters (late dispatch
rate, cancellation rate, valid tracking rate, etc.).
- Daily & Monthly Reporting: Prepare daily operational reports on order status, dispatch
performance, and inventory levels. Generate monthly dispatch reports for analysis and process
improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or fulfillment management.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce dispatch models (Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, etc.).
- Proficiency in Unicommerce (OMS & WMS) for order and warehouse management.
- Hands-on experience in daily operational reporting and monthly dispatch analysis.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
