Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our domestic online sales operations across leading platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-grocery/e-retail channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing marketplace relationships, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring smooth end-to-end operations for our rice and FMCG product range in the domestic market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategy for domestic platforms.
- Manage and grow company presence on Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Build strong working relationships with category managers and platform representatives.
2. Product Listing & Content Optimization
- Oversee accurate and SEO-friendly product listings with updated descriptions, pricing, packaging, certifications, and images.
- Regularly update stock status, MRP, offers, and product attributes on all portals.
- Optimize product rankings and discoverability through keywords, content enhancement, and platform algorithms.
3. Sales & Promotions Management
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discount offers, and visibility initiatives in coordination with platform teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI.
- Forecast demand and coordinate stock planning for festive seasons and high-sales periods.
4. Order Fulfillment & Operations
- Oversee end-to-end order flow: from order placement to final delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatches and smooth returns management.
- Monitor SLA compliance, returns, replacements, and customer satisfaction levels.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, product performance, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports for management with actionable insights and improvement plans.
- Track KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, CTR, product ranking, and campaign ROI.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in managing B2C e-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) in FMCG/Food/Retail industry.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and platform performance.
