Job Summary:
Style & Shine Essentials, a leading seller and marketer of personal and household care products, is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Operations Manager to manage the back end and operational flow across key marketplaces. The role involves ensuring timely order fulfillment, seamless listing and inventory sync, and efficient coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to support our expanding online presence and to aid in developement of our various brands in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing & Fulfillment:
Manage end-to-end order flow across Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart via Unicommerce, from order receipt to invoicing and dispatch. Ensure packaging, labeling, and shipping meet all SLA requirements.
• Inventory Management & Sync:
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across all marketplaces. Coordinate with warehouse to replenish stock and prevent stock-outs or overselling. Monitor slow and fast-moving SKUs to optimize stock levels.
• Listing Management:
Upload and maintain product listings, including SKUs, images, descriptions, pricing, and compliance information. Ensure product pages are optimized and error-free as per platform standards.
• Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:
Work with 3PL partners (Delhivery, Amazon Logistics, Ekart, etc.) for timely pickups and deliveries. Handle order tracking, logistics delays, and coordinate re-dispatches if needed.
• Returns & RTO Management:
Track product returns and manage RTOs (Return to Origin). Analyze reasons for high return rates and take corrective action in coordination with customer service and warehouse.
• Reconciliation & Documentation:
Maintain clear records of orders, returns, and cancellations. Support the finance team in reconciling payments, commissions, penalties, and other deductions. Ensure all documents like GRNs and invoices are updated.
• Performance Monitoring:
Track and report key operational metrics including order TAT, fill rate, RTO %, and dispatch compliance. Generate daily and weekly performance dashboards for internal review.
• Campaign & Deal Execution:
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute pricing updates, time-bound promotions, coupon campaigns, and bulk listing modifications during festive or sale periods.
• Quick Commerce Operations:
If applicable, manage backend and operational setup for Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart including product mapping, inventory sync, and SLA-driven order fulfillment.
• Cross-Team Coordination:
Collaborate with warehouse, finance, marketing, and customer service to ensure a smooth flow of operations, and raise timely alerts on delays, errors, or critical bottlenecks.
