+ Develop plan for,
+ Procedural development
+ Procedural adoption
+ Use the market model excersie as a tool to understand procedural adoption for different therpies.
+ Track adoption of therapy at surgeon level.
+ Coordinating with Key option leaders and entire sales team of that region on daily bases to driving T & E strategy
+ Conduct Awareness, Adoption, Application and Adovocay Programs
+ Build & implement strategy for specific therapeutic areas
+ Identify local KOL's & work closely with sales team to develop the best in class training programs for the budding surgeons
+ Collect and process comprehensive procedure data
+ Plan and organize KOL engagement programs; Coordinate with KOL/s and provide scientific support during the programs
+ Engage KOL's in cross functional specialties
+ Implementation of Physician Connect Program & building internal capabilities.
+ KOL engagement plan to support procedural adoption objective: identification, development, & establishing of scientific relationship with KOL's.
+ Identify local KOL's & work closely with sales team to build procedural centers across pan India.
+ Plan and organize programs; Coordinate with KOL/s and provide scientific support during the programs
+ Engage KOL's in cross function specialty.
+ Develop and execute plans to address prevalence of the procedure
+ Develop innovative schemes to educate all stakeholders, incl. surgeons
Develop strategies to increase our Training and education footprints at existing surgeons
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
+ BE/ Any Science Graduate and MBA from a Reputed Institute or
+ Person should have Minimum 4 to 5 Years experience in Therapy Development, T&E, Procedural Marketing in medical devices/Pharmaceutical Industry
+ Experience of Program Management is must
+ Good interpersonal skills.
+ Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
+ Willing to travel extensively
+ Good if demonstrated success in a sales function of technical equipment
