Role Description

This is a Freelancing remote role for a Freelance Education Counsellor at Eduaxs Solutions. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing educational consulting, student counseling, career counseling, and communication activities on a day-to-day basis.

Expected Remuneration : INR25000 to INR4000 Per Month

• Design, develop, and revise STEM curricula for various grade levels, ensuring alignment with national and state educational standards.
• Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, projects, and multimedia resources.
• Develop assessment tools, including formative and summative assessments, to measure student learning and instructional effectiveness.
• Integrate technology and innovative pedagogical approaches into curriculum design.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and educational consultants to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical soundness.
• Conduct research on current trends and best practices in STEM education and curriculum development.
• Pilot new curriculum materials and gather feedback for iterative improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, STEM field, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching, with a focus on STEM education.
• Strong knowledge of pedagogy, learning theories, and instructional design principles.
• Proven ability to develop engaging and effective learning materials.
• Familiarity with educational standards and assessment methodologies.
• Experience with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus.

• Develop proposals, quotations, contracts, and reports for institutional clients.
• Liaise with school coordinators and decision-makers to maintain long-term relationships.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for both B2B (schools) and B2C (parents) stakeholders.

• Proficient in Google Workspace; quick to learn new AI tools.
• Comfort in dealing with both institutional clients and parents .
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
