We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales – Education Counsellor who will be responsible for driving B2B and B2C sales of IT certification exam vouchers, training programs, and related education solutions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to counsel students/professionals, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell IT certification exam vouchers (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Oracle, etc.) to individuals and corporate clients.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales through effective counselling.
Handle B2C sales by guiding students and working professionals on suitable IT certifications and career paths.
Handle B2B sales by building relationships with corporates, training institutes, and academic partners for bulk voucher sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline, and client database in CRM tools.

Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission goals.
7.Share reminders & follow-up messages on WhatsApp, email & calls.
8.Build trust by explaining career roadmap (earn ₹30K–₹0K/month after certification).
9.Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Sales / Counselling / BPO.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong persuasion & objection-handling ability.
Comfortable with daily call targets & revenue goals.
Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & basic Excel.
Passion for education & healthcare sector is a plus.
