Job Description:

- Achievement of sales and delivery targets.

- Managing day to day activities at the center and ensure consistent performance and profitability of the center.

- Counseling walk-in and telephonic inquiries and providing them proper guidance on our courses and products.

- Making calls to the applicants who inquire through various sources like google ad-words and other portals.

- Ensure the timely delivery of services and streamline processes that make operations efficient in the center.

- Promote consistent customer experience across the center that can represent the overall brand experience.

- Coordination with Faculty members to ensure smooth functioning of classes.

Required Candidate profile:

Experience of atleast 1 year in counselling, handling sales in education sector preferably overseas education or a recent Graduate/Post-Graduate student from a premier college.

We are looking for candidates with ability and proven accomplishments in Counseling and handling sales. We want people who:

Work Schedule: 6 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in a variety of settings, adapting teaching methods to meet their unique needs.
• Collaborate with parents, regular education teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive educational plan.
• Assess student progress regularly and modify IEPs as needed based on data and observations.
• Create a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
• Utilize a range of instructional strategies, materials, and assistive technologies to support student learning.
• Manage student behavior effectively, implementing positive behavior support strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including progress reports and assessment data.
• Participate in professional development activities and stay current with best practices in special education.
• Advocate for the needs of students with special needs within the school community.
• Conduct observations and assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for development.
• Work closely with school psychologists, therapists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive support.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and to involve them in the educational process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational policies and regulations.
• Foster a sense of belonging and inclusion for all students.

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification with a specialization in Special Education.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching students with diverse learning needs.
• In-depth knowledge of various learning disabilities, developmental delays, and behavioral disorders.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs and 504 plans.
• Strong classroom management skills and experience with positive behavior intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet individual student needs.
• Experience with assistive technology and adaptive learning tools.
• Commitment to inclusive education practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indian educational frameworks related to special education is beneficial.
