This is a Freelancing remote role for a Freelance Education Counsellor at Eduaxs Solutions. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing educational consulting, student counseling, career counseling, and communication activities on a day-to-day basis.

You must be self-driven and comfortable with making multiple calls per day, generating interest and awareness, qualifying leads, and closing sales.

• You will advise career changers on how our world-class education from top tier universities can help launch them into a high growth career.
• You will build and manage pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.
• You will provide in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email.
• You will guide learners through the enrolment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
• You will adhere to the inside sales process, tools and data management processes and workflow.
• You will provide feedback to leadership on call quality, observed trends, and insights from student conversations.

• 2+ years of inside sales/ consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in International Edtech markets.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, listening and critical thinking skills.
• Strong phone presence.
• Comfortable making 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Growth Mindset and ability to implement feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrolment process that require follow up.
• Ability to work remote and hit metrics without being micromanaged.

Designation: Student Counsellor / Senior Counsellor

Location: Vijayawada

Experience: 2 to 10 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prior experience in shortlisting Universities based on Course, Rankings, Specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent.

- Passion for helping students and giving them impartial and honest advice on studying abroad

- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must - written and verbal

- MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills

- Prior experience in counseling students is a must. Preferably from the Study abroad sector.

- Maintain good record-keeping at all times in the CRM

- Give talks/presentations on behalf of the company in the webinars/seminars and virtual counseling to students via Zoom and Google meet

- Providing students with accurate and clear information as well as answering all inquiries from students

- Have a willingness to work flexibly and to adjust working hours to suit the needs of the company
