- Perform daily monitoring of online marketing campaigns and contact us/connect with an expert requests from our corporate websites.
- Work closely with the website and marketing automation teams to refine the lead management process including regular performance assessments.

- Design and maintain API-based and native integrations for data synchronization.
- Manage lead lifecycle workflows – from capture to scoring, routing, and handoff.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and Demand Gen to improve attribution and funnel visibility .
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and document automation and data flow processes.
- Drive martech evaluations and ensure seamless onboarding into the ecosystem.
- Deliver dashboards, insights, and campaign reports to stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years’ experience in Marketing Operations / Marketing Automation / Martech Integrations .
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) – Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Extensions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, or Marketo .
- Strong grasp of lead scoring, routing, and attribution models .
- Basic SQL or data management knowledge.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato, Zapier, Segment, Snowflake) preferred.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud or CRM certification.
- Experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech .
- Familiarity with data privacy and governance (GDPR, CCPA).

- Lead organic growth, community building, and SEO visibility across LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Indian-first apps (ShareChat, Moj, Josh, Koo)

Key Responsibilities
Community & Content Growth
- Build and manage active online communities across multiple platforms
- Partnership with existing parenting communities: Work with BabyChakra, Momspresso, The Baby Destination, and regional Facebook groups for cross-posting donation stories. Manage tie-ups for guest blogs, reels etc
- Develop organic, content-led strategies posts, videos, carousels, regional content
- Engage directly with HCPs, influencers, and niche audiences to enhance credibility
Website Management & SEO
- Oversee website content updates for accuracy and SEO alignment
- Collaborate with developers and designers for UX and content improvements
Analytics & Insights
- Measure digital performance across social and web platforms

Must-Have Skills
