We are seeking a proactive and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale our dynamic engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high-performance, AI/ML-powered Data Analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
- Drive performance management including quarterly appraisals.

About the Role

- Technical Background: Strong hands-on background in building and managing web applications (not just websites). Required technical experience includes: Python & PHP, AWS, Database Administration (MySQL), and DevOps principles.
- Management Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow fully remote teams and manage complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Methodology: Hands-on experience with Agile development and project management tools.
You should be:
