About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead the development of our internal Risk, Fraud and Operations Platform . This platform plays a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations, detecting anomalies, managing fraud workflows, and supporting internal teams with real-time visibility and control.

As an Engineering Manager, you’llbe responsible for leading a cross-functional team of backend engineers working on high-throughput systems, real-time data pipelines, and internal tools that power operational intelligence and risk management. You will own delivery, architecture decisions, team growth, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a team of software engineers building internal risk and ops platforms.
  • Oversee the design and development of scalable microservices and real-time data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Risk, Ops, and Product to define technical roadmaps and translate them into delivery plans.
  • Ensure high system reliability, data accuracy, and low-latency access to risk signals and ops dashboards.

  • Contribute to hands-on design, reviews, and occasional coding when required.
  • Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of services deployed on AWS.

  • Proven ability to manage timelines, deliver features, and drive cross-functional execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is a hands-on full-stack engineer with strong technical chops and emerging leadership capabilities. You will lead a small team of 4–5 engineers while continuing to contribute individually to architecture, design, and implementation. Hands-On Engineering
