Role Overview
We are looking for a Enterprise Solutions Engineer who can bridge technology and customer needs by delivering compelling demos, solution designs, and consultative guidance. You will play a critical role in helping customers understand how iviva's products and platforms can solve their challenges and create value.
A core focus of this role will be managing the RFP/RFI response process – reading and interpreting requirements, ensuring compliance, and preparing compelling proposals aligned with customer needs.
This role is ideal for someone with a technical background, interest in AI and digital twin technologies, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1) RFP & Proposal Management
• Carefully read and interpret RFPs/RFIs to understand client requirements.
• Map iviva's product features and solutions against compliance matrices.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product) to gather inputs for proposals.
