About the role Reporting directly to the Director, the Finance Manager plays a key role within the executive leadership team.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll take full ownership of the finance function—driving strategy, overseeing daily financial operations, managing ledgers and BAS, and leading the overseas accounts payable process. You'll be instrumental in shaping financial direction while ensuring strong operational performance.
The successful applicant will have oversight of:
- Manage Funds for the Group
- Develop and monitor Performance Measures for the Group, and comparison to Industry Benchmarks
- Design and implement strategic business initiatives
- Lead the team's Financial function
- Manage for risk mitigation and asset protection strategies across the Group
- Manage the Group’s relationships with its external advisors and consultants
To be considered the applicant possess:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- CA or CPA Qualified
- Experience in the building and construction is essential
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and accounting & reporting standards
- Knowledge of Construction Software, preferably

Your new role.
As finance manager, you will assist and support the executive management team in making the best choices for the company by providing financial information and counsel. Your principal duties will include but are not limited to:
- Management Accounts – Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet on a timely basis
- Annual Tax Accounts & reviewing Tax Computation/Deductibility
- Accounts Payables including the Full Cycle of all related Documents
- Accounts Receivables
- Management and oversight of all accounting and treasury functions,
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts,
- Managing Key Performance Indexes (KPI)
- Staff Training & Appraisal other than managing the subordinates
- Interpreting the company's financial results to Management
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal Candidate will have the following:
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Proven experience in the role of Finance Manager
- Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices.
- Experience at leading and managing direct reports
- Strong administration and process improvement skills
- Ability to analyze data, develop reports and undertake regular reporting, and provide insights and recommendations to management

Key Responsibilities
The Finance Officer is responsible for supporting accounts receivable and providing back up to the accounts payable functions.
- Provide efficient, consistent, and accurate delivery of accounts services.
- Accurately process accounts receivable and payable transactions.
- Undertake data entry and maintain financial information in line with the College's systems and practice.
- Liaise with parents/caregivers, customers and suppliers.
- Support the petty cash process.
- Escalate any outstanding issues to ensure a timely resolution and customer satisfaction with the services provided.
- This position monitors multiple email inboxes, incoming finance mail and all related queries from external customers and suppliers.
