You will report into our Manager, International Reporting. You will work together with a broad range of groups: accounting, tax, legal and treasury.
As an International Reporting Associate, you will work with the broader financial reporting team and will drive timely and accurate completion of statutory reporting requirements across a number of international entities and resolve project roadblocks as needed.
What You Will Be Doing
With direction from the Manager, International Financial Reporting and others, you will
- Prepare and maintain statutory ledgers that track US GAAP vs local GAAP/IFRS differences year over year
- Review the financial schedules to support external service providers in compiling and preparing statutory financial statements prepared in accordance with local l GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
- Project manage the financial statement audits to ensure resolution of accounting and reporting issues, timely completion of audit, and filing of the respective statutory financial statements
- Monitor the implementation of new accounting standards under local GAAP/IFRS

About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong background in Revenue Accounting, MIS, Financial Reporting, and Collections . The role requires hands-on experience in Ind AS compliance, revenue recognition, and process automation , along with exposure to Oracle transition or ERP system implementation . The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and driving efficiency across finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly MIS and management dashboards , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
- Manage end-to-end revenue accounting and recognition in compliance with Ind AS 115 .
- Review P&L statements and conduct variance analysis/ ageing analysis with business commentary.
- Oversee collections, AR management, and ageing analysis to maintain strong cash flow discipline.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and support statutory and internal audits.
- Drive automation initiatives within finance to streamline reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Actively participate in Oracle ERP transition , including data migration, testing, and process alignment.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and tech teams for revenue validation and collection efficiency.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of post-qualification experience .
- Strong expertise in Revenue Accounting, MIS, Financial Reporting, and Collections .
- In-depth knowledge of Ind AS (especially Ind AS 115) and other relevant accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) .
- Exposure to automation tools , macros, or BI dashboards (Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
Good to Have:
- Prior involvement in Oracle or ERP transition projects .
- Interest in driving digital transformation and process excellence in finance.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team. In this role, you will independently oversee and optimize day-to-day financial operations, providing actionable insights that support operational decision-making across departments. You are adept at managing large volumes of financial data, take ownership in improving processes, and consistently deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to enable efficient business operations with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibility:
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including bookkeeping, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statement preparations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements by preparing and filing GST, income tax, TDS, Provident Fund, Professional Tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
- Administer payroll processing, employee settlements, and related statutory documentation.
- Oversee accounts receivable/payable and vendor/client/international transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements such as labour laws, FEMA, and handle RBI FLA returns for wholly-owned foreign subsidiaries in India.
- Continuously improve finance processes for operational efficiency and automation.
- Support internal and external audits, including statutory, tax, and transfer pricing audits, by providing required documentation and addressing audit queries.
- Prepare responses and documentation for notices issued by government authorities.
- Consolidate financial statements of subsidiaries for holding company reporting.
Education and Experience:
Domain expertise and qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- CA, CA –Inter in Finance or equivalent. Basic understanding of Secretarial Compliances
- 2-5 years’ experience working in a Global Company.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite(Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of financial and accounting principles, Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated financial statement.
- Experience with international taxation laws and regulations, particularly relating to the US, Singapore, Europe, and Japan.
- Ability to present complex financial results clearly and effectively.
- Understanding in FEMA Regulation and RBI Compliance for a wholly owned foreign subsidiary in India.
- Expertise in payroll management and related statutory filings.

- Optimize finance processes → Identify and implement improvements and automations that increase efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
- Support audits & governance → Assist in statutory, tax, and transfer pricing audits in both jurisdictions, compiling documentation and drafting responses to regulatory authorities in India and Singapore.

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end book closure. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, Zoho Books, and core accounting principles with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, AR/AP, and general ledger management .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) .
- Record and reconcile journal entries and maintain the general ledger .
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and collections .
- Handle GST, TDS compliance, and related filings .
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities , including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books/Zoho Finance .
- Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting .
- 1–3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and compliance .
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and Zoho Books/Finance .
- Hands-on experience in journal entries, AR/AP, reconciliations, and book closure .
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
