- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting financial markets.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and business development efforts.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables for all assigned projects.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable implementation roadmaps.
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in management consulting, with a significant focus on the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully advising financial institutions on strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of banking, insurance, wealth management, or fintech sectors.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning frameworks, financial modeling, and market analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior executives.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing project teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., RBI guidelines) impacting financial services.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding consulting environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software.
