Job Description
We're looking for someone special…
At Noble Fox Team, we believe that every successful advertising campaign begins with someone who knows how to tell a story — through data, creativity, and the patience to track every little metric. We're growing, and right now, we're looking for an Advertising Campaign Manager — someone who's not just technically strong, but also listens, adapts, and brings real results.
This role might be for you if:
You have 3–4 years of experience managing digital ad accounts — from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting.
You've worked with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and understand each one's unique "personality."
You're organized, self-managed, and proactive — someone who can own a campaign from start to finish.
You can read numbers like a language — CTR, CPA, ROAS don't scare you; they guide your next move.
What we're looking for:
A digital storyteller — someone who sees campaigns as customer journeys, not just impressions and clicks.
A team player who's detail-oriented, independent, and flexible — remote work requires trust and discipline.
Someone who sees ads as more than traffic — they're about building relationships between brands and people.
Why choose Noble Fox Team?
We're not a company. We're a team. We don't build machines — we build strong, honest, and collaborative teams.
Real growth, no fluff. If you have an idea, you'll get the space to build it. No red tape, just action.
Work your way. Whether it's at your favorite café, from your sunny balcony, or during late-night inspiration — we care about results, not timecards.
Real clients, real challenges. You'll work on campaigns that matter, from startups to global brands.
What you'll get:
Competitive part-time pay, project-based or monthly — we're flexible.
100% remote work, completely location-independent.
Opportunities to grow into a bigger role (full-time or leadership) if that's your goal.
Access to the tools you need to do your best work — from paid ad platforms to streamlined workflows.
Learn directly from experienced digital marketers who've been in the game for years.
No drama, just real work and real growth.
If this sounds like your kind of environment — if you're someone who dares to test, dares to measure, and never stops learning — we'd love to meet you.
